Thanks for the help everyone! I don't have any of those tools... I'm assuming I'm going to need a timing light as well? I'm sure this is something I can do, but I don't have the time or experience....

I had a similar issue with mine. Window was too far forward, and angled out too far, causing wind noise. Look around on replacing the window regulator and you should find out to adjust the window

Thanks! I saw that DIY a while ago, but felt like it didn't really go in depth enough. I ended up breaking mine the first time, and found an easy way to take them off. Thought I'd share my 2 cents :)

Found some fogs from an 01 fairly cheap, and modded my bumper so they'd fit my 97. Best part is I can reinstall the old ones with little modification :)
