I'd just pull the seat air filters and vacuum them real well. They do very little and if you keep the car clean really don't get very dirty. My car is an 06 and still has original seat air filters...

I'd say $6000-7000 for a serious pro level paint job..quite a bit more if you are changing colors because they have to take a lot more of the car apart to paint all the interior sections.
