If you are going to change them do all 4. Car might handle a bit weird with 2 new shocks and 2 old shocks. With 66K mils on the car the dampening is probably not nearly as good as new shocks.

I don't think a blown shock would change the ride height. The car is held up by the springs not the shock. The shock just dampens then spring. Agree with above posts it is probably just the ride...

Go to west end for sure. I had them do my IS350 as I have adjustable front UCA's and rear camber arms. They know exactly what to do and how to properly set the alignment with the aftermarket stuff....
