You're good unless it is popping/cracking when you turn. I had a camry that had a torn boot and bad axle and I left it. Popped and cracked bad every time I turned....

I dont think a little bit of it will hurt. The tranny/lines/pan hold roughly 12 qts so if you have ~1 qt of something else I dont think it will matter.
