Like I said, it's time to take it to a mechanic. There's only so much one can do, till it's time to hand it to a professional.

If anything you are just causing more damage driving that way.

That's normal behavior, it's done for emissions...

That's normal behavior, it's done for emissions reasons (warms up the CAT quicker).

However, that doesn't persist for more than a few minutes (usually 2-3 minutes driving time).
