I literally had the EXACT same thing happen to me...

That sux....in essence you should have done the tensioner pulley as it is held on by one bolt. I did everything except cam seals. I even changed the crank seal.

Ok. Does the sound occur in reverse? Also on the side that makes noise pull the caliper pins and see if they are bent. Sounds like your pads are moving under are braking

Sounds good. The leak could be the valve cover gaskets. That is the best scenario. Hopefully not main seal
