Yes we have plenty of 17=18" wheel fitments for the 13' GS350 AWD F Sport. The most comfortable and resistant to potholes would be the 17" as this would give you the most tire side wall....

I've never heard of a RWD IS250 come with 16" wheels and non-staggered tires, but if you're getting 18" wheels I would use a 225/40R18 Front and 255/40R18 Rear.

No, those numbers are the thread pitch and are not interchangeable. If you were to try a lug nut with the wrong thread pitch on your studs it will cross thread and damage the studs.

The choices really hinge on whether you have 17" or 18" wheels. In 17" I would look at the Michelin Primacy MXM4 and the 18" the Continental Extreme Contact DWS. Not many touring tires to choose from...
