on 95 ls400 there was 3 bolt to undo differential from subframe and 5 botls to undo the two axles from the diff and another 4...

i think if you run a front pipes to Y collector to a single exit exhaust and if you use the correct piping size it should not be much different from dual
essentially the stock exhaust is 2 into 1...

your best bet is to find motor that is same year or same generation or you will find more headache than you want.
the ecu probably won't work on...

Only complaint would be the front end is a bit soft...
