Sounds like an ABS sensor on its way out that's triggering the ABS as you come to a stop. It's hard to figure out which one is doing it unless it fails completely and sets a code.

I just did this the other day using all OEM parts. You can use Aristo door ECUs and a factory switch panel hooked to the body ECU to fold them. Here's a link to my post about it....
