The whole rotor has increased in size. I imagine the engineer had a pretty good reason. Will a gen 2 flange work? Might be easier than trying to put a spacer in that hub.

Not sure, but I think there is a separate ecu for the fuel pump on your year. Look on the passenger side along the rear quarter panel behind the back seat. I cant remember which thread i saw it in.

Check the bearings in the idler and tensioner pulleys. I dont think the harmonic balancer would go bad like that.

I would double check the linkage and the wiring harness going to the trans. Going in reverse with the over drive button makes me think electronic connections.

Need to know the maintenance history. Is it the check engine light coming on? If so, then the ecu probably is storing codes. These codes help out alot with diagnostics.
