Check the top hat ball joint? I had some hks before and one of the top hat ball joint had slight play. Up and down movement.

Sounds like it still has some air in the power steering system. If you bled it after installing the parts. I would just continue driving it for a couple of days and hopefully the sound goes away.

caster arm - $70 - 91770/91746

Fits 98-05 GS300/400/430

used Driver side caster arm. bushing is in very good condition. I was planning on replacing the bushing for poly bushings, but didn't want to destroy a good bushing.

I removed the rear upper arms without removing...

I removed the rear upper arms without removing the axles. The bolts are a bit tough to get to, buy if you have a good amount of tools you should be ok.

I didn't get a part number. I Called prothane directly and They sent me the new sleeves. I think I talked with the tech/installation department.

Kind sound like you pressed out the bushing and shell together.

Try figs engineering. You should measure the diameter of your arms. Figs have a couple of different sizes.

You need to cut the outer part of the bushing...

You need to cut the outer part of the bushing shell so the new prothane bushing fit your arms. There's a thread a long time ago with pictures, if you can find the thread. Took me a while to find it...

you have to remove the shock nuts and then jack up the car. i had to do this to my GS.

It all depends on brand and installs. Improper installs and cause them to fail early. I had prothane in my SC400 before and they lasted years. I did the full front and rears arms for my SC.
