Most of the time rotors are corroded on. A frew light taps around the rotor with a rubber mallet will pop it off.

I just did all my pads at 52000 miles. Fronts were 3mm, rears pretty good at 5....

The warranty thing is a pretty big concern imo. But if you want to go 10k OCI send off a sample for oil analysis at say 7500 miles, and see if the oil you want to use will last....

The maint schedule on my 09 recommends changing tranny fluid every 60k (if used for towing). No maint at all if you don't tow. One could certainly change the fluid every 60k, or 30k for overkill.

It's a simple matter to put tires under water and find the leak. Could be bent rim, bad valve stem (which has the TPMS), or the tire iteslf.

For my other cars the slide pins are appx 20 ft-lb. If you have to replace the rotors the caliper mount bolts should be about 125!

If anyone has a service manual with the numbers?

I don't torque everything, but wheel lugs, suspension, and brakes I like to do right. A friend of mine had a caliper come loose on his Porsche Cayanne, right after a brake job (by a Porsche dealer)!
