No to synthetic oil if it wasnt't used before. Most likely oil seals will start to leak. Definitely replace seals next time you are doing timing belt service

Lol I drive 75mph+. Got pulled over going 90 but CHP let me go with a warning. I drive my prius hard but still get 40+mpg. Conservative hwy driving will get me 55mpg. Awesome car!

Not an expert here but you can try 3m plastic...

Not an expert here but you can try 3m plastic bumper repair kit. No way around it but to sand and paint. If you have a compressor, a spray gun, some experience painting you might be able to do it...

TB/WP/plugs were all done around 200K. Intake tubing has some cracks where clamps go but I doubt that's the issue. No Check engine light or anything
