Maybe but why? Fix the leak, cats don't fail often, bigger problem is the poorly designed Y pipe that leaks where clamps for heat shield exist.

Problem is likely a leak in the exhaust pipe after the secondary O2 sensor underneath the SST heat shields. I just went through this saga myself. Fix was a simple weld job to seal the leaks.

Plugs are every 110k miles. So if yours were done at 90k with TB then you're good until 200k miles.. Dealer is either ignoring that they were changed at 90k or he's just pumping up the revenue...
