Did you load your suspension before torquing all your bolts? I changed all that stuff last year and didn't put enough of a load on my suspension when I tightened it and it would make a popping sound....

What kinda bushings were you using? I used figs. Iirc correctly, I just used a c-clamp and it went in really easy. The castor arm bushing was a different story though :p
