Only 1 bulb and it right under '3', it's a 5mm flat top with resistor, that's why it brighter there, might try a 5mm dome. (I buy bulk LED's and make my own circuit boards)

Bad crimp job wasn't the case, it is indeed the lumileds that are bad, can't find exact replacements, only piranah style. Might try soldering them in place to see if it'll work.
