Is there damage on the harness that connects them? Did the problem go away with a new sensor and then came back, or replacing the sensor never fixed it at all?

You would need one per, as it only goes on the passenger side. It is just a piece of wire that gets cut if the brake pad eats into it. I would just buy it off...

I don't know 100% which is which. The 89341-50011 is described as "corner" and "89341-50020" inner, but there is another sensor on the side.
