If you want to replace the bearing you should do a complete overhaul of the alternator. For what its worth put a reman alternator in the car....no real sense trying to replace only some internals. ...

SFRR and SFRH circuit's are between the ABS & VSC...

SFRR and SFRH circuit's are between the ABS & VSC Actuator that apply and release the brakes and the Skid Control ECU that tells them to do so.

Try using a heat gun and warming up the plastic...

Try using a heat gun and warming up the plastic before you unclip it. Dont hold the heat gun too close tho or for too long.
Good luck, plastic connectors are very delicate when they get old...
