I wonder if the ABS or Brake actuator is at fault. Google and Toyota prius shows this as sometimes fix. There is a enhanced warranty program at Lexus for the brake actuator....Some of the lights...

I think you need to go back to the linkage in the passenger door, sounds like a rod fell off......or lock mechanism is loose.

Very easy to replace, cost around $200. Mine failed around 100k miles, It is a little electric water pump basically. When mine failed Toyota replaced it, but they had to reset a lot of stuff.
