I did my front mounts and all the rubber cushions at 135K this year. I printed out prices I found one line from a discount Lexus dealer site. My local Lexus dealer honored the prices....

Have you considered replacing the pads yourself? I believe there is a sticky on it. It wasn't too bad at all.

How do the rotors look/feel? If not too bad, pads may be all you need.

I like NAPA parts and put on these front rotors ...

I've found Napa Auto Parts have quality rotors and parts if you want to purchase local. If you have AAA they give a 5-10% discount.

If you replace them yourself... and it's likely been a while...

You can start with "Simple Green" spray and a bunch of rags. Simple Green (diluted solution) won't hurt anything. Then, go from there.
