It takes a while for my car to get really cool when the temp is high and the sun is blazing buy as soon as I get the car in some shade or the sun goes down the AC gets cold. My wife's GS AC gets cold...

I think it might be temperature related. Last winter when it was real cold my horn stopped working until the temperature raised back up some. Have you checked the connections by the hood latch?

Is the key cut for your car? If so it should still turn but it won't start the car until it's programmed. Did you make sure the ID for the eBay key matched the numbers in the back of your original?

I have that same connector with nothing plugged into it. I always wondered what it was for also but just figured it was for an option that my car did not have.
