I'm at 344k now on my GS400. Once you have done all the regular maintenance required. It just becomes little things maybe 1k a year with services and parts done a the dealer.

The nav is still in system check mode. I think you need to put your key in turn to ACC turn the lights on and off 3 or 4 times while holding in the climate and audio buttons. This should reset it.

Sometimes they stick as they get older. The connection or lack there of triggers the alarm as the door is open.

U need to see which door it is and isolate the problem.
