I had an issue similar to yours. The cause was the front left drive axle, which after replacement, fixed the issue. Your issue may be different, but hopefully this helps.

I would recommend buying the parts at Rock Auto...

I would recommend buying the parts at Rock Auto .com and either installing them yourself, or let the shop install them for you and only charge for labor, which is usually around $100 per axle.
