I think you'll need the '06 bumper as well to make it fit. I could be wrong though..

sorry about the late reply. no you would need the 06+ bumper which I have an also the headlights.. you should totally buy it and do a 06+ front conversion.. ill sell it cheap!

i have the grille, bumper, and right headlight.. only need left headlight..
