WTB: Used Luxlink
Are you selling your SC430? Take out the LuxLink first and sell it to me!
While installation is sort of a bear, taking out the Luxlink control module is as simple as removing two screws to get at it in the steering column and then unplugging it. (I do not need the wiring harness.) The Luxlink is installed in parallel with the vehicle's electronics, so there is nothing else to do and your SC430 will work as normal. A 20 minute project tops, and that includes a coffee break.
Yes, you might get a little more for your SC430 with the LuxLink installed, but I'm gonna pay you that difference and much more! Besides, aftermarket parts (especially something as complex as the LuxLink) actually scares some potential buyers away. This is especially true for the LuxLink which a dealer will try to blame for virtually any electrical problem (just read the threads for that one).
So it's win-win -- sell me your LuxLink before you sell your SC430!! If interested, PM me and we'll set something up.
