Are the SC430 calipers and brackets the same as the GS300? i.e. can I install a bigbrake kit that was designed for the GS430 on a SC430 and vice versa?

For SC430 owners.

This is "LS430 Aluminum Monocoque Front Caliper Kit".

It has 4 pots like Supra caliper. (SC430 has only 2 pots?) But it is quite more lightweight than Supra caliper. And it is made from aluminum monocoque (1 piece). So it is not distorted (separated) by hard braking from highspeed. (Supra caliper is made from 2 pieces.)

It can bolt on SC430.

Well,
I was told that the SC430 caliper bracets are different compared to the GS calipers, but I am not sure

What I do know is that my DSR big brakes are using the same aluminium calipers as the TRD Monoblock and the new LS430. DSR designed/manufactured a bracket in order to fit these superlight calipers on the GS.

I also have seen some SC430 with the DSR big brakes, so I assume that there are also DSR brackets for this car.

Along those lines regarding aftermarket calipers for the sc430....How is the ABS and traction control effected?

Don't know the details, but the couple of SC430 I have seen did not have any problems with the ABS or traction control.
