Default Spark plugs

I just bought a set of eight autolite Xp (xp3923 for sc430) iridium plugs for $35.93 including shipping. Autolite is offering a $20 rebate. So a set of eight plugs for $16. This offer is good anytime this year. The only exception I saw, was not valid if bought from wallyworld. It's a heck of a deal. Just a side note, Bosch plugs have had quality problems with the porcelain breaking off on the combustion chamber side. A number of cases of major engine damage from this.

So just a question, why did you not get the Denso or NGK?

Because at sixteen dollars I couldn't pass it up. Autolite makes a good plug. I don't have anything bad to say about denso, or ngk. If one of them had a twenty dollar rebate I would have. Now Bosch, you couldn't give them to me. Actually, the autolite plugs were for my Land Rover.

autolite xp3924 fits the 4.4 jaguar engine. If I had the 4.0 v6 in the Land Rover that would be a ford engine. Ford did own Land Rover and jaguar during the lr3 era.
