As far as installation goes you can go to a local shop or call Naviks for support.
Thanks to the guys in this thread and the recommendations, I bought the Naviks and the recommended VOX camera and its a sweet, inexpensive (relatively) setup and install. Highly recommended.

Default Camera Wires

Jzdulexus, could you tell me where/how you ran the camera wire from the camera into the trunk?

There are several holes/gaps behind the license plate area where the camera wire can easily be threaded thru. It comes out behind the trunk lining. In any event you need to unclip the fasteners and remove the panels to run the camera wire from the license plate to the nav unit compartment where you will install Navisk. The wire goes underneath all the linings so its invisible. The real challenge is installing Navisk/other brands and tapping the power and reverse line. I think there are threads on this forum talking about how to do that part.

I know you were asking Jzdulexus, but this picture shows where I ran the camera power and video cable into my car...no cutting required.

Can you be more specific re: the Vox camera (item number or link?). I googled it but haven't seen anything that looks right. Thanks in advance for your help.

the link is imbedded in jzdulexus’ answer, above.

I did the install too, everything was wired in the back with the naviks unit, you just need to get into 2 wires i believe from behind the dvdunit/computer, no need to run wires to the front. I mounted it above the license plate like how most factory cameras look but it was a pain, also ran the wire from where it was mounted through a hole or something under the trunk mat

I called Naviks and they sent me a PDF of install instructions as well as a number for a local installer. I've ordered the parts and might attempt it myself, we'll see. I'll keep you posted!

I used this Fry's electronics back up cam for $24.99, your choice of chrome or black finish. It works fine and video image is crystal clear.

The installation is not that bad as I described in my post #10. It took me 4 hours but if I have to do it again, probably one hour to hour and half is the most.

Good to hear, the four hours had me worried. I might give it a try. It seems like the Naviks customer service line is really good and their instruction are clear (and your post is helpful too!)
