Thanks for the kind words. Sounds like like a top-down day especially to the coast. Enjoy that ice cream. I'd love to see some pics of your coast if possible.

Sorry to hear about the accident. No matter how good the settlement is, it is still a no-win situation over all. I'm glad to hear about the PB opportunity though. Congratulations on your new acquisition. I hope the two of you have a quick recovery.
