OK, I think this what I used to program the transponder chip in the new fob. It came from this Forum.

The link you supplied is for an es 300 not sc430 ?

So original poster person, what did you end up doing? Did you have to go to the dealer or were you able to find your key?

The instructions must have come by email. I can't find them anywhere but this is the guy I bought my replacement key and Fob from. He's very reasonable.

That is the guy I used also. When he sent me the key Fob with the precut key, the FOB had this little black sticker on the back. When I peeled it off there was a Lexus logo and the denso numbers under it.
