This is a 2003 manual.

Cool. That's different than the one at the dealership. Like TSB. Manual states the other, while dealership does manufacturer tells them. I.E. alignment for better fuel economy, lower viscosity for economy, revision to a simple torque specifications. I don't get the agenda here.

The tire dimensions decreased later on, trial and error on lexus part.

What were the differences? I hear (read) these things but I don't/can't find any substantiating information. There was always a run-flat or non run-flat option but I'm not familiar with tire size changes. Please don't get me wrong. I'm not making trouble but simply trying to keep the facts straight. Tire Rack says that all SC's use 245/40-18 regardless of year or tire type.
