While waiting for the insurance company to look ay my car I thought of another issue.the radio buttons don't work.The steering wheel buttons work but the channels don't show in the display,also the seek and scan button worked but after I had it on the battery charger now these functiond don't work either
Has any one sent their radio out for repair and if so did they fix it,My display screen has some marks on it and I am wondering if they would replace it also
I hate to buy a radio on ebay for 350 or more and have the same issues.i really don't want an aftermarket radio what to do
is there away to fix the buttons to set the channels the cd and tape work fine but the cd wont show the tracks or change from one track to another again the buttons.thanks Jimbo

If can get mine fixed I was going to put it on eBay for $300. If you're interested I can take less. Everything works except the CD (Error 3) I'm pretty sure I can fix it. I upgraded to a new pioneer so I don't have any use for it.

If you do it through Lexus insurance/warranty and have Lexus repair it, they will just pull the radio and replace it with another used but working radio. I'm sure that they then send your old radio in for repairs and refurbishment and use it for the next guy.
