Default Remove finger print marks on Nav screen

My Nav screen have several finger print scratch marks, how do I remove them? I used headlight polish but it didn't work. Any suggestion? Tooth paste may be? Thanks in advance.

There's also a specific product called Maguiars Plastix that is made for LCD and touch screens. I use it on the screen and on the radio and a/c LCD screens.

Yeah, I wish that the previous owner did that. They're not just a finger prints, they're dull scratch marks. I'll try Lens Wipe. Thanks. Wonder if toothpaste would work?

I wouldn't recommend toothpaste. I actually read an article today while waiting on service. It was one of those Myth Tested articles. It was actually in JP Magazine (Jeep Enthusiast) and they compared true headlight cleaning kits to toothpaste and found that the toothpaste is actually an very very mild abrasive (pumice) that attracts water and lessens the life of the applied plastic. Thus, why I suggest not using toothpaste Just something to consider.

Thanks for the infos. After read the article, I would not use toothpaste for headlight lenses, but Nav screen, may be. Besides, I used headlight restoration paste from Toyota and it didn't work on my Nav screen. I wonder if you could replace the Nav protective screen ? (like on the cell phone when it cracked).

In regards to the toothpaste, if it did that to the lens they tested, I don't think it would be any better for the NavSceen. Will probably lead to even more tiny fine scuffs. I wouldn't risk it. Just my two cents.

If the fingerprints and scratches have been there for some time. there is a high likelihood that you will not be able to remove them. I have this problem on my wife's 2003. However, we found a "solution" that made it 90% better. Simply put one of these plastic screen protectors on the Nav screen. We did this, and you can barely see any blemishes.

Guys, it is real simple, just wipe the screen with lens cleaner...it takes off old and new finger prints...
These were purchased from SAMs Club
