Default Need help hesitation or stumble, momentary power loss

I have been trying to sort this out for a while now. took it to the dealer and of course it didnt do it once with the tech on board !! so frustrating.
when i take off from a start it will intermittently stumble or hesitate, seems to be around 1500 rpm. have also noted it at higher speed while cruising. its more like a momentary power cut than a miss fire.
any ideas would be great.
so far i have done the following

new fuel filters
clean MAF
new PCV valve
new spark plugs
check all hoses and plugs etc
injector clean
checked techstream for codes. there is one for a heated O2 sensor but dont think thats it.

I had a similar issue when cruising down the road.

Driving about 55mph for several minutes, then the car would begin to slow down, apply a little more accelerator, not much help, push it all the way down and the car would take off like normal and act fine again. The problem might reoccur right away or wait 20min, three hours or the next day.

I never had an issue from a stop.

BTW, this issue has not come back since I removed the third cat and resonators...not sure about the connection and maybe just coincidence

Default Problem solved

Thanks for the input
It's was caused by a dirty throttle body lexus wanted $350 to clean it. I did it myself and it took an hour and cost me $15 for the cleaner. Gotta watch those stealerships !!!!

Glad you fixed it Paule!

Our hesitation has not either, since we removed the third cat and resonators...
