Default Need Help with Hood Parts

I have a 2006 SC that is new to me. Under the hood, I spotted a hole that looks like something was pulled out of it labelled as "?" in the picture. From the parts diagram, it looks like I'm also missing 2 plugs (part 5) and a cold air intake seal (part 13 & 14). The hood seal (part 9 & 10) was in place when I got the car. I went to the Lexus dealer for the missing parts and they ordered me part 9 & 10, which I don't need. Before I return the part, can someone post a similar picture so I can confirm what parts I'm missing? And does anyone know what may have been in the centerline hood hole that appears to have been pulled out?

I'm pretty sure there is a rubber weather gasket that runs all the way along the edge of the upper hood. Seems like the previous owner might have stripped/drilled the hole to hold this gasket in place. At least that's my guess.

#5 is the paper stickers. No big deal at all. #13and 14 are the Crome trine on the front of the hood. I'm using the numbers from the Lexus parts picture.

Another shot from the hood. You really are not missing anything but a few black stickers.

13 and 14 are the chrome trim on the hood edge and the fasteners to attach it.

It's not labeled as the molding. Here's how it's listed:

[ 13 ] BODY HARDWARE / HOOD / HOOD & COMPONENTS / Seal
Part Number: 5337824010
seal air intake duct
MSRP Core ? Save Online Price
$11.07 $0.00 $2.10 $8.97

[ 14 ] BODY HARDWARE / HOOD / HOOD & COMPONENTS / Seal clip
Part Number: 904670801183
seal clip
MSRP Core ? Save Online Price
$0.34 $0.00 $0.06 $0.28

The front molding is:
BODY HARDWARE / HOOD / EXTERIOR TRIM / Front molding
Part Number: 7577024010
front molding
MSRP Core ? Save Online Price
$93.70 $0.00 $17.80 $75.90

Not sure what a $9 seal air intake duct is as part of the hood hardware??

I'm going to use your hood pictures as proof that there is only the one hood seal, which I have, and just order 2 plugs for the open holes. Thanks so much for your help.

I have the same question. Ordered a "hood seal" and the one that came was the one that was further down. Some people say there is no seal there but I'm having a hard time believing it. There's no way that row of holes didn't have a seal stuck in it. Not buying it.

The holes are stamping holes. Nothing belongs to them.
