I just bought a new pre-owned 2007 SC430, and it came with only one key.
I understand that if this key is lost, they have to change the new computer in the car. So, I need to make a duplicate and do not want to pay the big bucks at the dealer. Are Amazon keys reliable ? Where do you go to have it cut ? Any help is greatly appreciated.

If you scroll down you see a thread called 2002 replacement key. Start reading...ask questions...use the search feature, when I search I usually start it with sc430, then my subject.

I see you have started two more threads about your Bluetooth problem. Again, you should search and find a thread on the subject.

BTW, a nice way to start in a new place is to introduce yourself and tell us a little more about your car, mileage, color, etc. perhaps posting some pictures, then ask more questions...

There are reliable fleabay sellers on pre-cut keys (using a photo or key code) that are the transponder type (no remote). I have these as back up. You get them pre-cut and you program yourself using a DIY that is posted around here (again search is your friend).

It is very important to have a back up key. Pay now or pay MORE later plus the delay you are going to have.
