Default P0441 causing rich condition after gas fill up

My post accident woes continue. Have a p0441 code and gasses are not being vented propperly. Replaced gas cap, reset Ecu, cleaned sensors, and checked for leaks to no avail.

To my unpleasant surprise when I filled up my gas tank yesterday my car would barely start!! Error codes indicating RICH condition.

Read online that the lack of venting causes fumes from fill up to cause rich condition. Sigh..

I'm going to remove the vacuum switching valve today and blow on it to see if stuck closed.

Any other suggestions appreciated!!

Checked the vacuum switching valve and vacuum solenoid by connecting to power source, both seem to be opening with the power source connected.. So guess I ruled out those 2 sensors..

Does it run better with the gas cap removed? I'm not sure but I've heard/read that some cars a re pretty hard to diagnose venting system problems. Do a search and you might see all kinds of nightmare stories. I remember reading once that spiders were clogging one guy's evap system. Are you sure the switches are opening correctly and the lines are clear? There must be a diagnostic routine for the system.

Checked the Vacuum Switching Valve and Vacuum Solenoid with a 9V battery and they do seem to open/close properly. I'm following instructions from shop manual. Not sure what to do next aside from unhooking each vacuum line and blowing through it to check for obstructions. I'm stumped..

Ordered Techstream and apparently there is a diagnostic function routine for EVAP, maybe that will provide clues
