Hey Lex, glad you did an update, earlier when I read this, I thought you were showing only bank 1, pre and post O2 sensors.
If you are only showing pre O2s then yes, I would agree the bank2 pre O2 does not seem to be functioning correctly.

I would also agree that your temp sensor is functioning correctly.

Since you did find vacuum lines disconnected, I would reset the ECM and wait to see if any new codes appear. Also, since this is a new to you engine, I would change out the PCV valve. They are less than $10

Just discovered that my dashcomand app wasn't configured for post cat O2 sensors, and I just made the change and will do the data logging on my way home and report back tomorrow with post cat voltage. I just bought a new pcv valve last night and reset the ecu. Fingers crossed!!

Lex, look up O2 sensors on the web. There are a few excellent tutorials on Youtube that explain what to look for when data logging the sensors. What you will be doing is comparing the pre to the post cat outputs. You should see a difference in the outputs which show that the cats are changing the exhaust.

As Helo said, there are some good videos.

Here is a thread I created when I had a P0430 code on my Trans Am. It has a good video and I understand the code much better now.

Good tip on the Pre-Post output data. That's the only way they detect an NG condition that flags the ECU to trip a CEL.

Be sure to compare rockauto.com prices to others. I believe I saw them sell a Denso for $57.

My p0125 finally went away after I changed radiator and did a full ecu reset. Now I found 0 voltage on one 02 sensor so I will replace that and hope the p0430 goes away too!!

Reconnected O2 sensor wire and now reading voltage. Hopefully this will make electrical gremlins go away

Greg, I assume you have your dashcommand linked with an obd2 device. If so, all you do is hit "start data logging" and then with finished send to your email in a csv file. Then open in MS excel and select the data area and insert a pivot table. Let me know if you need help! You can track just about anything, and if you could probably even do some statistical correlations (e.g., relationship between air intake temp and engine power)
