Nat, that is awesome! How did you get the headlight apart like that? I was told baking was the only way to get it apart in that fashion. I wanted to add some Audi Style Tube LEDs to the inside and everyone only said that it had to be baked. Any insight would be really helpful. Thanks!

A good buddy who has done numerous headlight retrofit helped with this. He simply used a heat gun melt/loosen the butyl and slowly pull the clear cover and the headlight unit apart. Loosen all the screws first of course. Baking it is another option that I've seen him do.

Thanks for the reply. Yeah I've heard of that method too. I just heard about a lot of problem with moisture getting into the lens after opening and causing early failure of the HID ballast and bulbs. Let us know how it goes. Keep us up to date with that super sick build!

No fiberglass...just bondo/filler and then lots of sanding. Below is the outcome. Only pic I have so far.

This gets better and better. What size rubber will you be using with those monster wheels, Nat?

Hey Mark...yeah, I got real lucky. I got a spot with Air Runner already but when Toyo Tires offer was up, it was a no brainer.

Demon eye are done. Will be incorporating this into the headlights this weekend.

Once "Powered On", you don't see much hint of red...barely noticeable.

Testing both projectors and the outcome of the light output and the cutoff line is amazing compared to OEM.

Good deal.....I've had 4 cars with Stan and never got into his booth at SEMA. Falken took my M45 one year but nothing for my SC and I had to ship my LS out last year.
