Default dissapointed in new rotors

I replaced my front rotors with Lexus rotors about 26K miles ago and they are vibrating. I bought the car CPO and the dealer resurfaced the rotors at 38K. I replaced the rotors with new at 76K. So, I got another 38K out of resurfaced rotors. I now have about 102K and they need to be resurfaced again. Not happy with only 26K miles on factory rotors.

Factory pads used from the beginning.

Are you washing your car whilst the rotors are still hot?

No, I have an 2000 RX that has the original rotors at 177K miles and they have never been resurfaced. (I know, hard to believe) I can't say that I have never washed the car with the rotors hot but I have never had this type of problem before.

What pads are you using? Did you go through any set of pads before the rotors? My OEM rotors are on my second sets of pads and about 75% worn in them now. The rotors look very new and no lips at all.
I would complain big time to them and see what they have to say about it.

Were those bedded in right? I had the same problem with my Benz. It felt like the rotors were bad but it was because the kids at the dealer didn't bed in the pads when they did the last brake job. I replaced the rotors & pads myself and was careful to bed the pads and haven't had a problem since. If they don't bed in, you get deposits of pad material on the rotors that make them feel warped or out of true.
