Default Sarasota FL Area SC430 Owners' Group

Have been looking for SC430 enthusiasts groups online but haven't see much. Any folks here from the Gulf Coast region in a monthly or whatever meet-up group?

Don't know of any either, but would be interested if there was one.

I go back and forth between Fort Lauderdale and Bradenton. If I'm in town I would be interested.

Hey FLYCT. As you can tell, I'm a relative newbie in terms of posts in here, etc. Would love to get even 3-4 folks together to compare notes about the SC430 experience and ideas, e.g., about good independent shops in the area to provide repair care for the roadster, etc. Since you're veteran and a Moderator in Club Lexus, what are your thoughts about best way to make this happen? Also, what's FLYCT mean? Cheers, Bart

Bart,

Sorry for the delayed response. We've been traveling.

Flyct stands for;
fly = wife and I are private pilots
ct = we own a Lexus CT200h

All of our Lexus maintenance and repairs have been done at Wilde Lexus. They take good care of us. We've owned 4 Lexus vehicles in recent years and all were covered by either original factory warranty or Lexus extended warranties. We kept 2 in Bradenton and 2 in Fort Lauderdale.

We sold our 2009 LS460 back to a dealer in Fort Lauderdale because we just were not driving it much. We traded in my wife's low miles 2007 SC430 last summer for a 2014 F150 at Bradenton Ford, so we now "only" own 2 Lexus's currently.

We're getting our Ft Laud home ready for sale so we're going back and forth frequently.

Jerry

I'm interested. Live in West Bradenton off Cortez. I'm here all year. Except for little trips here and there. I've had some work done (leaky trunk, oil changes, timing belt, water pump at Gettle Toyota in Bradenton. real happy with them, took two tries to get the trunk dry. A lot closer than Wilde. And less expensive also.
