all good advise, we have the rim and tire receipts and I put coverage on the car before it was shipped but other than going after their insurance carrier and contacting the state, and their bond company. I am not sure what else can be done to force them to pay. any member with legal knowledge feel free to pipe in.
...you might try contacting your insurance company & letting them know what happened. I had an issue similar to this awhile back, although it wasn't a transport company, they acknowledge the incident & promised to take care of it. I notified my insurance company to let them know what was going on, after a week or so of the company dragging their feet, my insurance company stepped in & took care of everything. They then went after the company & got there money back. The incident was never put on my record as a claim either
