Nice looks good! Love the color and the saddle interior aswell. Mine is silver so taking it off was the same, I just added very thin chrome strips to those horizontal lines to add just a bit more chrome to flow with the surrounding chrome. Oh and I shaved off the tab under the center middle line with a dremel and round sander end.

+1 on looking good!
DJ; what did you use to add chrome strips to the horizontal parts of the grill? I've been looking for something to do the same thing, but haven't found the right stuff yet...
Thanks.

I used chrome body molding from Autozone or Pepboys made by Cowles! Holds up great thru time and weather for years surprisingly, and only costs about $20 for a roll, I think I used 1/4 or 1/8" chrome strips. Heres a few diff pics in day and night to show the chrome shine coming thru

I covered my grill with CF vinyl wrap, so if I tire of the look, 20 minutes with the heat gun and its back to stock.

Is the grill in a LS 430 fairly easy to get out? Mine needs repainting but don't want to break it in the process.

Assume it's pretty straightforward?
