Yes, I think you are right on that 440 code. Guess I'd better take a memory course!

Just wanted to update:

You guys nailed it. I opened up the hood with the 0.0001% chance that i'd see something "simple", and what do you know....

The vacuum hose was completely separated. Pushed it back in place, unplugged the battery and reconnected, and presto, VSC, VSC OFF and CHECK ENGINE lights went off.

As for the TPMS light, I ended up asking my local dealer to diagnose. They determined that the front-right sensor was dead (most likely due to the internal battery). $285 later and the light is off. My service manager at our local Lexus dealer contacted the dealer we bought it from, and they agreed to reimburse me!

So, all problems fixed free of charge!

Thanks everyone for the help!

That's awesome. Happy that you got everything resolved. Its scary to see all those lights on the dashboard and not know what it could be.

I have gotten the evap codes on my prior car and it went away when I replaced the PCV valve, an $8 part and 5 minute install.

EDIT: Didn't read to the end. My bad.

Nah. It's actually still helpful if someone else searches. The PCV valve will also cause those errors.
