Exterior color chart
The registration for my SC430 lists it as being brown. The Lexus dealer here in Naples FL tells me that the official color name is Tigereye MIca. I think he was just trying to get rid of me because I was not going to buy a car from him. Up home in the Rochester NY area where SC430's are extremely rare I have never seen another one this color. Even down here where SC430's are a dime a dozen I also have never seen one the same color as mine. Is there an online color chart available that lists colors with the number of cars produced in each color? Paul

Do you have a Pebble Beach edition by chance? Tigereye Mica was the exclusive color of the'06 PB's, I believe. So if it's a PB you have one of 500. The color continued for '07-'09. There is a color chart in an earlier post but haven't sourced anything to say exactly how many were produced in each color, each year.

My SC430 is an 2007 and not a Pebble Beach. It is a brown mettalic color, in direct sun light it looks more like a dark bronze. I bet there are not allot of them around. We are leaving Naples on Monday to drive back north to Rochester NY. So I take it from your posts that the correct name for the color of my car is Tigereye Mica. Paul

Tromdly, do you have any idea how many Tigereye Mica SC430's were made? From my short experience with this car, it would appear to be quite a rare color. Paul
