Default Whos got an Optima Battery?

Any issues with install?

I'm hoping this boost in CCA helps with the starting (want a quicker start).

I have a redtop and it fits just like a stock battery. No pulling or excessive force on either cable. Just make sure you get the right model number, the redtop will be the one with the lower of the 2 cranking amps.

I just put in a MAXX H6 at Walmart. I can't imagine a faster spin. Fits like a glove too, and for $110.

I believe the Optima size people have been using is 94R?

The Maxx has 730CCA, the OEM has 720, and the Redtop has 770.

I think the SC430 has a normally longer start-up time than other cars. Many have noticed this.

I think you may be correct, the redtop comes in 2 amp ratings; a 770CCA and a 900CCA, the 900CCA has it's terminal posts a little shorter and makes it difficult to fit. I think you can do it, but you will have to loosen the positive cable a bit. Hope that helps...
