I had an issue a few yrs back with my nav system (unit in the trunk) not working. If this is the part of your unit thats not working, there are some companies out there, that repair/rebuild them. I don't remember the name of the company that fixed mine, but I'll look for it. I had to remove it myself,send it off, they repaired it & sent it back for about $450. The turnaround for me sending it & getting it back was about 10 days.
