Default Alignment Questions

I have a 2006 SC430 which is completely stock. I just got my new winter tires mounted to my winter rims, new summer tires mounted to the original OEM 18" rims, and a lifetime alignment at Firestone. Eventually, I will be putting blisten shocks on the car as soon as I can figure out what springs to buy (OEM '04 springs or swift springs). I do NOT want to lower the car from the stock 06 ride height.

My old tires had the typical 430 wear (on the inside of the tires) so I was hoping the alignment could resolve that. I have attached the printout showing the final numbers. What do you guys think? Will this be okay? I think I need to get a rear camber kit, but am confused what to get.

Please help.

Thanks. Brian

I think I need a front and rear camber kit to resolve my heavily negative camber centric alignment. There are several threads and I am confused on what would work best for me.

I think I want a set of K-mac parts which they list on their website: http://www.k-mac.com/pages/newprods/lexus/lexus.htm

However, when I go to this website: http://www.iapdirect.com/kmac-camber-kits/ it isn't showing any camber kits for the SC430.

Can someone help me understand all of this? First, given my final alignment specs, do I even have anything to worry about (I think I do, but I am not the expert - perhaps I'm being paranoid??) If I do have something to worry about, wat is everyone else installing? I'm done several seaches, but it just confuses me more.

Thanks. Brian

Default Alignment

I to have a stock 2006, bought it this past May. Before I purchased the SC it had new tires and an alignment done at a Lexus dealer.
After reading all the camber threads on Club Lexus, I took it to an Indy alignment shop here in Denver and told them to take all of the negative camber out that they could.
They got it to -0.4 on both fronts and -0.6 on the left rear and -0.7 on the right.
I would be concerned with your left front at -0.1 and the right rear at -1.8 which is even out of Lexus specs.
I don't have that many mile on the car since the work was completed, (around 1000) but the tires are wearing evenly.
I am no expert on camber or camber kits and hope I can avoid having to install the kits with this alignment setup.
Good luck, I didn't get many replies to my questions about alignment either.

I had the Lexus dealer remove as much negative camber as they could when I first bought the car off lease in 2008. Since then, I have not needed alignment and my tire wear is fairly even - nowhere near the horror stories we have heard about here. It was explained to me in 2008 that I would lose some handling capabilities but really, who buys this car for its hard cornering capabilities anyway ? Certainly not me.

OBP +1 on handling loss, I did not notice any difference.
