My wife has a 2003 SC430. Does this vehicle have protected, coated leather, or semi-aniline leather? Thanks

The leather is polyurethane protected.

So then it's different from the 2010 model year? I've seen a price sticker on a 2010 and it says it has semi-aniline leather. Thanks

Semi-aniline refers to the dye treatment not whether it is coated.

I understand what semi-aniline leather is. It is aniline leather (dyed all the way through) that has a light coating of polyurethane to protect it. So, my question is, does the SC430 have semi-aniline leather? My RX350 is also coated leather, but it's not semi-aniline. Does anyone know if the SC430 has SA leather? The reason I ask is that treatment and conditioning for SA versus non-SA is quite different. Thanks
