Default Leather broken,Seat Covers : what is the best seat cover to use on a 2003 SC430 ?

Hi,
I am looking for seat covers, if there are recommendations?
Someone mentioned there maybe airbags that would be interfered with by seat covers... is that true?

Are you looking to replace your leathers or just cover them?

Welcome to the forum.

Why buy seat covers when Amazon sells replacement leather in OEM colours. Any money spent on the covers would be wasted......

Welcome to the forum.
Thank You Harold for responding so quickly,
I am simply tortured to see the leather broken and would like to have a way to make nice.. I am open to suggestions...? The person at Lexus said I may have seat air bags that happen when an accident occurs... so I am looking for the best solution. Than You!

Thank You Natroth,
I saw some, yet, how do I know they will fit with the seat belts, etc... from what I have read...it is not that simple...?
Also, parts, service tech at Lexus said they don't know if could interfere with the air bags? Yet, I am not certain that is true? Thank you for your help. I will order from Amazon if I can have some direction and Thank you!
Debbie

If you post some pictures of the seats we would be better able to help.

It might be possible to repair them in place.

BGW replaced his leather and it was rather cost effective and did a great job. Good color match also. Check out his thread here, which also includes the vendor.

On second thought, my Dear Hubby is way busy enough with keeping ours and my 80 year old Mama's house/yards maintained plus working/we are getting ready for the mountain winters here as well,
so if I order these from Amazon like BGW70 did, is there anyone that recommend a Pro to have install them in the 30513, Georgia area please ? and thank you.

Mandyfig is in Georgia but not real close to where you are but may still have some recommendations.

Looks like they need to be replaced. Order the center console leather cover same time so it matches the seat leather.

One thought would be find out prices of the seat covers and console cover so you know. Call a local upholstery place or two, drive it in and see what they would take to do it for you. Could be they have a better price on the cover set being a dealer and the install would be a drop off, pick up all done deal. Get the price and see if it is worth it to you. Sometimes it is surprising how little more it costs to have a pro do it.
